ALAN CLARK

I have been professionally coaching since 2017.

Prior to founding Exponential Coaching, I enjoyed a 23 year career as a pharmacist, field leader and senior leader with Boots UK and Boots Opticians - a large market leading retail and healthcare organisation.

I am currently catalysing an eclectic mix of clients across a wide sector of industries and love the diverse learning and experience that this opportunity brings.

I have led in, and experienced different organisational cultures, business climates and leadership styles.

It is these experiences that have inspired me to create transformational coaching and leadership development that really do make a big positive difference.

I have completed a Post Graduate Certificate level Business and Personal Coaching qualification with Barefoot Coaching in the UK.

I have also experienced a wonderful 9 months as part of an American transformational coaching and leadership school, learning from some of the very best coaches in the world.

I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation ( the global body of coaching standards and ethics).

And I never stop developing myself !
